West Coast-Style Smash Burgers Coming To Red Bank

RED BANK, NJ — A popular burger concept is set to soon open its doors in Red Bank when it joins Anderson Market this fall.

Little Andy's Burgers, which started as "a passion project and a handful of living room pop-ups," will open at Anderson Market in October, officials recently announced.

The burger spot will join other food and bar options at Anderson, ranging from Studio Omakase to Booskerdoo Coffee, Local 130 Seafood, Lobby Bar and more.

"Really grateful for all the support that’s gotten us to this point," the burger spot said in an online post. "We’re excited to get the doors open and bring Little Andy’s to Red Bank."

Founded by Mike Solomon, Little Andy's was built "from the ground-up," with the support of a close-knit team, a loyal community and a fiancé who encouraged him to take the leap, their website reads.

"Today, Little Andy’s Burgers remains committed to doing things the same way it started: serving honest food, creating memorable experiences, and building something that people are proud to come back to."

According to their website, the goal of Little Andy's is to bring West Coast-style smash burgers to the East Coast.

Menu options range from various smash burger styles, to crinkle cut fries, and more.

Burgers like the L.A. Smash bring melted American cheese, white onion, pickles, and Little Andy's signature burger sauce together on a toasted Martin’s potato roll, while options like the Vaya Con Dios Burger mix Chorizo, melted American cheese, white onion, banana peppers, and signature burger sauce on a toasted Martin’s potato roll.

In addition to Little Andy's new spot in Anderson Market, the burger joint also goes on the road as a food truck, with new stops, pop-ups and events happening year-round in NJ.
