In Red Bank, there are two seats open and four candidates who seek to fill them:

In Red Bank, there are two seats open and four candidates who seek to fill them: Democrats Edward Zipprich and Michael Ballard will seek to keep their seats this year, while fighting off a challenge from Republicans Jonathan Maciel Penney and Brian Irwin.

Both Republicans are running with the support of the Monmouth County Republican Organization
