FAIR LAWN, NJ — A 5-month-old baby, two small children, and two adults were able to safely exit an SUV on Monday afternoon after it crashed on Route 208 in Fair Lawn, a witness said.

"The family's Jeep SUV became wedged between a large rack truck and the highway's concrete center divider following a collision between the vehicles that took place northbound, just north of the Maple Avenue underpass at approximately 12:30 p.m.," said photographer Boyd A. Loving in a writeup with photos.

A spokesman for the Fair Lawn police said on Wednesday that no charges were filed in the crash.
