GLEN ROCK, NJ — At 10 p.m., do you know where your children are?
Glen Rock police made an announcement on Friday that they've seen an "uptick" in calls related to young people, regarding underage drinking and vandalism around town.
Police shared a photo of a sink knocked over at Faber Field.
Police Chief Michael Trover said the vandalism at the park occurred in the overnight hours between Wednesday and Thursday.
The announcement said, "With the warmer weather we have seen an uptick in calls for service related to juveniles, post underage drinking and vandalism throughout town. We have recently had incidents at the schools and Faber Field. This is one of the bathrooms at Faber Field. Please talk to your children and know where they are going at night."
Trover said that the vandalism in schools was related to bottles and garbage related on school grounds at night.
Anyone with information regarding the incidents is asked to contact Det. Sgt. James Calaski at jcalaski@glenrockpolice.com or 201-670-3948.
