BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A Bergen County woman has been arrested following a months-long investigation into a meth distribution operation.
Brittany Malsch, 38, of Garfield, was charged by federal investigators for her role in a meth-dealing ring, officials say.
An investigation into Malsch's operations began in December 2025 by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Fairfield Police Department, authorities said.
Investigators traced her operation to a hotel in Fairfield, where they found multiple bags of suspected crystal methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, including packaging materials, and around $1,720 in cash, according to police.
Malsch was charged with possession with intent to distribute over 50 grams of methamphetamine. If convicted, she faces a minimum of ten years in prison and a maximum fine of $10 million.
