Pierotti said that around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday, police responded to an address on Anderson Avenue, where Soria was charged.

Soria had already been arrested back on June 15 for inappropriately touching three women at bus stops on Anderson Avenue while riding his electric scooter, Pierotti said.

Two of the incidents were in Fairview and one was in Cliffside Park, he said.

He was charged with criminal sexual contact in those incidents and released, Pierotti said.

In the latest incident, he was given a summons and released.
