RIDGEWOOD, NJ — A car crashed through the front window of a hair salon in Ridgewood on Thursday, police said.
The driver, who was from Fair Lawn, crashed through Tapestry Hairdressing Salon on North Maple Avenue around 11 a.m., officials said.
There were no injuries, according to Police Captain Glenn Ender.
"The driver accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake while parking," Ender said.
No summonses were issued, he said.
A call to the salon on Thursday afternoon went unanswered. Patch will update this story when more information is available.
