Bergen Catholic School Administrator Dies After Battle With Brain Cancer
Her "kindness, generosity and warmth touched the lives of so many" said Bergen Catholic of the 57-year-old director.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The director of annual giving at Bergen Catholic High School died on Monday from brain cancer, according to her obituary and school officials.
Claire Elizabeth Quinn, 57, lived in Ho-Ho-Kus. She died after her 18-month cancer battle "which she faced with remarkable strength, determination, and resilience," her obituary said. "Claire was a joyful, loving person who treasured her family and friends ... She laughed easily, loved deeply, and never hesitated to say 'I love you.' "
Bergen Catholic announced her passing on social media on Wednesday, saying, "Claire believed in the mission of Bergen Catholic and in the importance of providing young men with an education rooted in faith, character, brotherhood and service. Her love for our school and the people who make up our community was evident in the many ways she supported and encouraged BC families over the years."

Quinn was married with three sons. Services will be held Friday and Saturday. Her obituary is here.
