What: Ribbon-cutting event celebrating the opening of the Innovation Center at Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands.

Where: Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands, 1280 Wall Street West, Second Floor, Lyndhurst, New Jersey

Why: Responding to the explosive growth of information technology and business careers that require hands-on experiential learning, Bergen Community College will open The Innovation Center at Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands. The newly renovated Center encompasses an entire floor of the Lyndhurst location and includes cybersecurity, gaming and Bloomberg Finance laboratories.

Based in Paramus, Bergen Community College (www.bergen.edu), a public two-year coeducational college, enrolls more than 13,000 students at locations in Paramus, the Philip Ciarco Jr. Learning Center in Hackensack and Bergen Community College at the Meadowlands in Lyndhurst. The College offers associate degree, certificate and continuing education programs in a variety of fields. More students graduate from Bergen than any other community college in the state.
