Bergen County CASA's 20th Anniversary- Casino Night

Bergen County CASA is thrilled to announce that we will celebrate our 20th anniversary in February 2023! Since our incorporation, we have successfully trained 846 Bergen County residents to work as Court Appointed Special Advocates on behalf of more than 1,188 foster children. We are so proud of our work to improve the lives of all the foster children in Bergen County.

Please join us for the return of our Casino Night on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Seasons in Washington Township, NJ where you can “Win Big for CASA kids!” This year, to add to the joy of the evening, we will honor one of our founding members, Lorraine Joewono, for her role in pioneering this life-changing program in Bergen County.

That night, you can expect an evening of exciting casino games, a tricky tray raffle, a delicious buffet dinner with an open bar, a silent auction offering great items and experiences you can bid on, a 50/50 raffle, and a wine pull!

Funds raised at this event will ensure our children have ongoing access to the educational, recreational, and therapeutic care they need including summer camps, swim lessons, school technology, and supplies. Donations will also allow us to keep recruiting and training new volunteers and cover the operating expenses needed to ensure we can improve the lives of our foster kids.
