Bergen County Lottery Player Wins Over $750K
A ticket sold in New Milford won one lucky lottery winner a lot of money this week.
NEW MILFORD, NJ — One New Milford lottery player woke up today with a brighter outlook, and certainly a bigger bank account.
Lottery officials announced Wednesday that one ticket, sold at Shoprite #141, 250 River Rd., won $755,708 from the Jersey Cash 5 jackpot.
The retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for the winning ticket sold.

These winnings are only the second biggest of the day, lottery officials said, announcing that a ticket sold in Camden County won $1 million in the Tuesday Mega Millions drawing.
