Bergen County Restaurant Named Among U.S.'s Most Romantic

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The Saddle River Inn was ranked by OpenTable as one of the 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in the country by OpenTable recently.

The restaurant serves "classic French cuisine with a contemporary flair" in a rustic barn on the bank of the Saddle River.

The restaurant has a 4.8 rating, out of 5, based on more than 1,100 reviews on OpenTable and 95 percent of users would recommend it to a friend.

One user said the truffle fries, foie gras, pork chop and lemon creme brulee were "unforgettable."

Another user said the restaurant "has no peer in northern Bergen County."

All of this high praise comes at a price. Appetizers range from $15 to $22 while entrees run from $35 to $45.
