Bergen ShopRite Stores Offering Vaccines: Here's Where

Select ShopRite pharmacies are offering the vaccine to healthcare workers, officials announced.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — ShopRite officials announced select pharmacies will begin offering the vaccine to state healthcare workers through a partnership with the state of New Jersey, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

According to officials, 39 pharmacies have been selected, including some in Bergen County.

  • ShopRite Pharmacy of Englewood, 40 Nathaniel Pl.
  • ShopRite Pharmacy of Rochelle Park, 220 W Passaic St

"We are excited to be part of the initial stages of this unprecedented public health campaign as we begin vaccinating healthcare workers who are on the front lines in the COVID-19 pandemic," said Jeffrey Mondelli, RPh, Vice President of Pharmacy, Health & Beauty at Wakefern Food Corp.

Mondelli said the store locations were chosen in coordination with the New Jersey State Department of Health.

"We stand ready to serve and will continue to provide increased access to this life-saving vaccine as new expanded eligibility guidelines are released by the CDC," Mondelli said.

Vaccines are not currently available to the general public, as ShopRite will follow the phased rollout along with the rest of the state.
