Bergen ZIP Code Is One Of The Most Expensive In US
This ZIP code came in at No. 33 in an annual ranking.
One Bergen County zip code was listed among an annual ranking of the 100 most expensive areas in the United States recently by PropertyShark.
Alpine's 07620 has a median property value of $2.2 million. It was ranked at No. 33. Another New Jersey zip code, 07078, Short Hills, made the list at No. 100. Homes there have a median value of more than $1.4 million.
Overall, California had 82 ZIP codes on the list and the two cities with the priciest ZIP codes were New York and San Francisco. Read more via PropertyShark.

The No. 1 most expensive ZIP code on the list was in Atherton, California. The Atherton ZIP code was one of 30 in Silicon Valley that made the 2018 list. The second most expensive ZIP code was in Sagaponack, New York, and the third most expensive was in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood.
