Michael Feeney died of Ewing's Sarcoma in 2013.

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Michael Feeney always had a smile on his face. He was so happy and full of life.

Feeney died of Ewing’s Sarcoma, a rare type of bone cancer, in 2013. He was just 10 years old.

The village police department was so touched and impressed with Feeny’s enthusiasm for police work they renamed their annual police academy the Michael Feeney Junior Police Academy.
