American Cut, which is located in TriBeCa, was named the best steakhouse in the United States by Fox News and was named one of the top five steakhouses in the country by Travel + Leisure magazine.

The restaurant will be open daily for lunch and dinner, the report stated. It will feature two private dining rooms and an outdoor terrace with fire pits, and a stage.
The restaurant will be located at 495 Sylvan Ave., the former location of Assembly Steakhouse, the report stated.
