Career Carnival for Kids Brings All Careers Tour to Fair Lawn Library

Families in Fair Lawn and surrounding communities are invited to the Career Carnival for Kids "All Careers Tour," a hands-on program designed to introduce young people to a variety of exciting professions in a fun and engaging way. This free event will take place at the Fair Lawn Library (10-01 Fair Lawn Ave) on Sunday, April 26 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm and is perfect for kids in grades 3-8, with plenty of options for older and younger attendees too.

Children, families, educators, and community members will meet Career Guides who will help "spark career curiosity" as kids explore architecture with AIA NJ EPiC and engineering with ASCE; get ready to research with Montclair State University - Wayfinding Lab; consider coding with Code Wiz - Rutherford; discover healthcare careers with Hackensack Meridian Health; investigate public safety with the Fair Lawn Police Department; learn how products get from one place to another with Association for Supply Chain Management; apply their animal science interests with Bergen County Department of Health and Cola's Cold-Blooded World; discuss being a dietitian with ShopRite of Fair Lawn; examine educational options with Growing Nurtured Minds; innovate with AI Ager; contemplate counseling as a profession with Beautiful Journey Counseling; and check out Bergen County 4H’s many offerings.
