Dog-Walker In Bear Costume With A GoPro Near School Prompts Police Response
The young dog walker was wearing a bear costume and was taking pictures with a GoPro camera.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — A dog-walker in a bear costume who took photos with a GoPro camera near Clara E. Coleman School Friday afternoon prompted police to respond to the area.
The person, a juvenile, was found on Winslow Terrace, police said. An investigation determined that the juvenile did not break any laws, their actions did "cause alarm," police said.
The juvenile was taken home and a parent was told of what happened, police said.
