Elizabeth V. Harrigan, 91, Longtime Parishioner Of Mt. Carmel Church

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Elizabeth V. Harrigan, 91, of Westtown, New York, formerly of Ridgewood, died Tuesday.

She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, and sons, Joseph and Charles.

She was a longtime parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel R.C. Church.

She is survived by her children, James, and his wife, Karen Youngberg; Kathy Lyname, Elizabeth Veronica Varetoni, and her husband, James; grandchildren, Joseph, and his wife, Keri, Christopher, Peter, and his wife, Meg, Elizabeth, Madeline, Candice, Mary, and Brittany; great grandchildren Bryan, Grace, Connor, Brayden, and Leah; and the Downey family.

Visitation will be Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Ave. in Ridgewood.

A funeral Mass will be held at Mt. Carmel Monday at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Long Island National Cemetery in Pinelawn, New York.
