Felina, New NJ-Centric Ridgewood Restaurant, Opening In October

Felina will highlight locally-grown food like New Jersey oysters and offer such culinary creations like a foraged mushroom pizza.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — A restaurant highlighting the Garden State's homegrown culinary selections will open in October.

Felina is a collaboration between Chef Anthony Bucco and his newly-formed hospitality group, Eat Drink Celebrate.

Bucco has extensive experience as an executive chef. He worked closely with local farmers, purveyors, and even foragers while at the Crystal Springs Report in Hamburg. He had the chefs there rely on "the rhythm of the seasons."

The menu's "culinary influence" will be drawn from "the traditions of Italy," the restaurant's website states. Some selections include: Burrata bruschetta with honey and toasted almonds, Jersey oysters, a foraged mushroom pizza, the Goffle Road chicken, and the banoffee pie with banana, dulce de leche, coffee, and hazelnut.

The restaurant will feature a rooftop bar and a wine list that focuses on small producers from both the United States and Europe.
