(Literal) Dumpster Fire Put Out At Glen Rock Home: Photos
Firefighters in Glen Rock rushed to a dumpster fire at a private home last week.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — Glen Rock firefighters were able to put out a dumpster fire at a home under construction last week, police said.

On Thursday, just after 4:30 p.m. responders headed to a property under construction on Monmouth Road on a report of a "fully involved dumpster fire," said Glen Rock police.
Firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control and extinguished it, police said.

There were no reported injuries and no damage beyond the immediate area of the dumpster, police said.
The Glen Rock Department of Public Works (DPW) also responded to address icing along the adjacent sidewalk and road caused by water runoff from fighting the fire, police said.

The contractor responsible for the site was notified, police said, and the incident remains under investigation.
