Frozen Pipe Causes Bergen Building's Ceiling To Collapse: Report

No one was injured in the Tuesday night collapse, authorities said.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A loading dock ceiling at a Park Ridge building collapsed due to a frozen pipe.

The ceiling above the back loading dock collapsed; no one was injured or trapped in the debris, NorthJersey.com reported.

Mayor Keith Misciagna told the website the building will be closed for an inspection and investigation following the incident, according to the report.
