Get $200 For Working Election Polls In Bergen County

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Election poll workers are needed throughout the county.

All registered voters in Bergen County may apply to be poll workers.

Workers must:

• Be able to work from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Election Day.
• Be able to read and speak English
• Registered to vote in Bergen County
• Complete a two-hour training class

Duties include:

• Sign-in voters
• Activitate machines to receive voters
• Assist voters in the operation of the machines
• Answer questions
• Close polls, which could include delivering materials to town hall
