Glen Rock League Of Women Voters Hosting October Candidates Night
The organization will host the town council candidates on Oct. 5, and Board of Education candidates on Oct. 12.
GLEN ROCK, NJ — With Borough Council and Board of Education elections coming up, the Glen Rock League of Women Voters has announced two candidate nights for the month of October.
The first event is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 5 with the candidates for council, and the Board of Education candidates will have their night on Oct. 12. Both events are scheduled for 7:30 p.m., and will stream on Facebook, YouTube and cable television.
Two council seats are available for the 2021 elections, but with current council member Caroline Unzaga announcing she won't run, Barchetto and Orlich will be the only two candidates seeking the seats.

On the Board of Education, President Sharon Scarpelli, along with board members Robert Scherer and Bryon Torsiello have terms expiring in 2021.
