Glen Rock's Francesca Pizzeria Turns Into Burger Joint Saturday

'I decided to do this because I think it's something really fun and brings some excitement to the town,' Co-owner Salvatore Reina said.

GLEN ROCK, NJ — For one night, a well-known borough pizzeria is flipping the switch to burgers.

Francesca Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta will host its first after-hours special event: Francesca After Dark Burger Night.

The 90-minute event is Saturday from 9:15 to 10:45 p.m. The usual pizzeria will turn into a pop-up burger shop.

Co-owners Salvatore Reina and Adam Vuksanic wanted to do a little something different.

"I enjoy all types of food and like to be creative, I really love burgers, not as much as pizza though," Rein said. "I decided to do this because I think it’s something really fun and brings some excitement to the town.”
