Health Educators Will Discuss Ways To Manage Stress Tuesday
Program is for senior citizens, caregivers, and their families.
A special program to help senior citizens and caregivers manage stress will be held at The Shared Housing Association for Ridgewood and Environs (SHARE) Tuesday.
The Shared Housing Association for Ridgewood and Environs will hold a “Mindfulness for Stress Management” workshop at noon.
Health educators from The Valley Hospital will talk about ways senior citizens, caregivers, and their families can live with less stress.

The program is the latest in a series addressing the needs of senior citizens. RSVPs are welcome, but not required.
SHARE Inc. is a non-profit that provides housing to independent senior citizens at its two Ridgewood locations.
