BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Even though the week of contaminated air and yellow skies has passed — and the air quality in North Jersey was pronounced "Good" on Tuesday morning — here's a handy link to check your town's air quality at any time: https://www.airnow.gov.

Forecasters say that the Northeast may not be of the woods yet when it comes to the Canadian wildfires, since the level of contamination depends on wind direction, weather, and other factors.

So it's always good to keep an eye on the air.
