Here's How Wyckoff And Franklin Lakes Voted In Federal Races

The blue wave that swept through New Jersey Tuesday reached Bergen County, unofficial election numbers show.

WYCKOFF, NJ — Democrats control the U.S. House of Representatives thanks to the party taking several seats away from the Republican Party Tuesday night in the midterm elections.

Locally, Democrat Rep. Josh Gottheimer, who represents the 5th District, was re-elected to a second term. He defeated John McCann, a powerful lawyer from Oakland.

In the Senate, New Jersey's Robert Menendez, also a Democrat, was re-elected to a fourth term.
