Hit-And-Run Driver Sends SUV Careening Off Route 80: NJ State Police
State police are searching for a driver who hit an SUV in Bergen County, sending it down an embankment.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The State Police are searching for a hit-and-run driver who crashed into an SUV on Route 80 Sunday, sending it down an embankment.
Shortly after 3 p.m. on Sunday, an unknown vehicle struck the rear of a GMC SUV on I-80 West in Elmwood Park, said State Police Trooper Christopher Postorino.
The SUV then struck a Mazda passenger vehicle, left the road on the right, and rolled down an embankment, Postorino said.

The SUV hit a tree and came to a stop, police said.
No one was injured in the crash, Postorino said.
