Jersey Mike's Opening In Ridgewood Wednesday, Running Fundraiser For High School

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — Jersey Mike's will open its newest franchise, in Ridgewood, Wednesday.

Franchise owners Bradford Fritts and Steve Korman will host a grand opening.

Customers can receive a free regular sub for donating at least $2 to Ridgewood High School from Wednesday to Sunday.

Fritts said the school, "not only provides an excellent education to the local youth but is the heart and soul of this town."

"We are excited as local residents to finally open our doors," Fritts said.

The restaurant will be located at 305 East Ridgewood Ave. It will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week. It is the second franchise location for Fritts and Korman. They opened their first Jersey Mike's location in Ramsey in 2014.

Jersey Mike's has 1,500 restaurants open and under development across the country. It was named the fastest growing restaurant chain three consecutive years by the Nation's Restaurant News Top 100.
