Ocha-Sanchez's remains, pending positive identification from the Bergen County Medical Examiner's Office, were found inside the home. CBS2 reported that the remains were found in a bedroom.

Ridgefield Park Assistant Fire Chief John Antola Jr. told NorthJersey.com that the Brinkerhoff Street house was "totally destroyed" as a result of the blaze.

Antola said in the report that the fire started at about 12:30 a.m. and flames were already coming out of the roof when firefighters arrived.

Intense flames and heat twice pushed firefighters back from combatting the fire, according to the report.

Antola, Fire Chief James VanDerTulip and Assistant Chief Rodney Wagner could not be reached for comment.

One firefighter was hurt after slipping on the ice, CBS2 reported.
