Man ID'd In Fatal Shooting In Bergen County Home: Prosecutors
A man was found dead after police responded to a call about gunshots in a Bergen County home over the weekend.
ENGLEWOOD, NJ — Police found a Bronx man dead from "multiple gunshot wounds" early Saturday morning after being called to an Englewood home, the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office said Sunday.
Jason Hidalgo, 35, was found dead inside 6 Mevan Ave. after police responded to a 911 call about a shooting at 5:55 a.m. Saturday, prosecutors said.
The call came from within the home, they said.

The office of Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said that the homicide is being investigated by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Englewood Police Department.
Prosecutors said Sunday night, "Additional information will be provided as it becomes available, but the shooting appears to be an isolated incident."
