Meal Delivery Service Will Expand Into Kitchen
The Ridgewood-based operation will now offer seating and options for catering and parties.
A local meal delivery operation that provides same day delivery to customers who order meals will be opening a kitchen and store, according to a NorthJersey.com report.
From Scratch Ridgewood plans to open a store and kitchen at 44 E. Ridgewood Ave sometime in early May, the report states.
The kitchen will include 25 seats for customers to eat from a menu that will always be changing and evolving, according to the report.

The operation is run by Italian native Claudia Rovegno. She also hopes to sell items imported here from her home country, the report states.
