Dubcakova comes to Special Properties with more than 16 years of experience in the industry. She specializes in residential real estate, investment properties, rentals, and property management, and is committed to the highest levels of attention and customer service. Dubcakova, who also has expertise in interior design, is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service and the New Jersey Board of Realtors. She is also the co-owner of Bohemia J&P, a contractor and construction company based in North Arlington. Dubcakova resides in Cedar Grove with her daughters and husband, and is fluent in English, Czech, Slovakian, Russian, Polish and Serbian.
Ramirez specializes in residential real estate, and has a deep knowledge and expertise within Bergen County, as he has lived in the area all of his life. He found he was a natural for real estate, following nearly two decades in law enforcement. In law enforcement, he found that he thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking to new people and now has combined that with a true passion for helping people find the home they always wanted.
