Missing TikTok Influencer From NJ Has Been Found, Police Say
He was missing for more than a week, but a TikTok influencer from Bergen County was found Friday, police said.

LYNDHURST, NJ — A TikTok influencer who was missing since last week was located on Friday morning, police announced.
William Hooper, 29, had left his Lyndhurst home without his wallet or phone on May 21, his parents said Monday.
"On behalf of Mayor and Public Safety Commissioner Robert B. Giangeruso and Chief Michael Carrino, the Lyndhurst Police Department and the Hooper Family would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for the public’s assistance over the last week," police announced on Friday. "William was located in good health just before noon today. We would like to extend our appreciation to our law enforcement counterparts."

Deputy Chief Paul Haggerty clarified for Patch, "William resurfaced in Camden County on his own accord around noon Friday. There was no criminality with this investigation, and all law enforcement efforts were in assistance of the Hooper family. Out of respect for the family, I cannot comment on any additional details.
"We do thank the public and the media for their assistance over the last week. Our officers remained steadfast in coordinating with our federal, state, county, and local counterparts in bringing all investigative leads to a successful conclusion."
