New Card Program Offers Ridgewood Property Tax Savings

For every dollar spent using the Estate Card, a percentage is paid towards your property tax.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — A new program is designed to encourage residents to shop locally and save on their property taxes.

The Village launched its Estate Card program. The debit-like MasterCard offers cardholders a reward that is automatically applied to one's property taxes bill when the card is used at participating merchants.

Cardholders can earn a reward of .25 percent on all transactions and up to an additional 25 percent at participating local and online merchants.
