New Pizza Chef Revamps A Mano's Menu

New pizza chef Michele D’Amelio at A Mano in Ridgewood, has revamped the Neapolitan pizzeria’s menu.

“We completely redesigned and updated A Mano’s new menu, highlighting key items such as housemade-daily mozzarella and our wood-fired pizzas,” D’Amelio, who joined the restaurant in June, told Boozyburbs.com. “We use the same pizza-making methods used in Naples for more than 300 years. Tradition is important.”

A Mano is open from Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
