New Ramen Bar/Restaurant To Open In Bergen County Next Week

From noodles to fish to craft cocktails, the new Bergen County restaurant will serve up a variety of tastes.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Jinya Ramen Bar, a new Asian restaurant, will hold its ribbon cutting and grand opening at a mall in Bergen County next week.

The spot will open Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Shops at Riverside in Hackensack.

The chain is known for its ramen (noodle) dishes, small plates, and craft cocktails. Small plates include a range of tastes and ingredients, from fish to rice to jalapenos.

The new spot will be the first Bergen County location for the chain, and the second location in New Jersey (the other is in Totowa).

"Jinya brings a category-defining dining experience that complements The Shops at Riverside and the remarkable restaurants already in the center," said President and COO Timothy Doherty. "We’re proud to partner with Jinya and Simon Property Group to create a warm, modern spot for neighbors, shoppers, and office workers to gather.”

Jinya will be open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

It will be located at 390 Hackensack Ave., Suite 171A.F
