A 33-year-old N.J. woman has been charged with heroin possession after she was found in a courthouse bathroom with a needle in her arm, authorities said.
Authorities said Carly Fletcher went in, “worked herself up and went down” before she was found, according to Daily Voice and Cliffview Pilot.
Fletcher, of Vernon Township, was taken to Hackensack University Medical Center by first responders after she was found in the Bergen County Courthouse bathroom, according to the reports.

Fletcher had a rap sheet stretching back more than a decade that includes arrests for robbery and drugs, according to the reports.
Bergen County sheriff’s officers were preparing to use Narcan to revive Fletcher when “she came around,” Anthony Cureton of the sheriff’s office told Daily Voice.
