Driver Dies In NJ Turnpike Crash In Bergen County: Police
A Porsche driver was killed in a crash on the Turnpike in Bergen County, police said.
BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — One person died on Thursday when a Porsche struck a camper on the New Jersey Turnpike in Ridgefield Park, police said.
[UPDATE: The victim in the crash has been identified.]
Police responded to the crash around 11:19 a.m. on Thursday, said State Trooper Christopher Postorino.

The Porsche rear-ended a Grand Design Camper that was being hauled by a Chevrolet pickup truck, he said. The vehicles were traveling north near milepost 118.1.
The Porsche driver sustained fatal injuries, Postorino said. There were no other injuries reported at the scene.

The victim's name is being withheld to alert next of kin.
The crash remains under investigation, and no other information is available, Postorino said on Thursday night.
