RealSource Association of REALTORS® Members Help Local Students Dress to Impress

RealSource recently held its Member Appreciation Day which included a clothing drive to benefit a new program at Bergen Community College.

Waldwick, N.J. (September 2017) – RealSource recently held its Member Appreciation Day at their headquarters located on Franklin Turnpike, Waldwick, which included a clothing drive to benefit a new program at Bergen Community College called “Move for Success.”

The program is a student-run “career closet” boutique suggested and organized by RealSource Affiliate, Cindy Myer of Ridgewood Moving. When it was brought to Myer’s attention that some students were unable to afford professional attire for big moments like a job interview, she decided that she did not want that to be a stumbling block between students and their future success. She contacted Bergen Community College and the program was quickly put into motion.

RealSource teamed up with Myer and Move for Success asking their REALTOR® members to do their fall wardrobe clean out and bring whatever gently used or new items they were willing to donate with them to the Member Appreciation Day.
