7 New Restaurants Coming To American Dream Complex After Café Closes

A café has closed at the American Dream complex in Bergen County, but seven new restaurants are coming soon.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — One dessert shop has closed at the American Dream entertainment complex, but seven new dining options are on the way.

The Oreo Café on the third floor of the complex — the first shop of its kind — closed this month, a spokesperson for the complex confirmed. The eatery had opened in 2021, offering shakes and souvenirs.

But seven restaurants are coming soon to the complex on Route 3 in East Rutherford.

  • Daily Seoul: Daily Seoul describes itself as a Korean restaurant offering bowls, Kimbap, and Korean-style buns with healthy ingredients. Kimbap is a sliced Korean roall featuring fillings in dried seaweed, such as egg, sautéed carrots, spinach, and other seasoned vegetables.
  • Little Dumpling: "Little Dumpling in North Jersey offers handcrafted dumplings and flavorful Asian dishes," their listing says.
  • Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao: Another chain that's popular around the East Coast. "Nan Xiang soup dumplings represent authentic Southern Chinese cuisine and Chinese comfort food in New York City," the company says.
  • Giacomo's: Giacomo's is a pizzeria that's coming soon to the food court at the complex.
  • Seoul Kitchen: The fast-casual eatery will offer Korean American fusion. They're also joining the food court, a spokesman said.
