Updated Vote Totals In Ridgewood BOE Election

Mail-in votes are being reported in the tightly contested Ridgewood Board of Education election.

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Three candidates have gotten out to a modest lead in the race for Ridgewood Board of Education with all precincts report, according to the Bergen County Clerk's Office unofficial total.

Here are the latest early voting and election day unofficial vote totals from the Bergen County Clerk's Office:

  • Susan Madison — 2,287
  • Christopher Kaufman — 2,396
  • Muhammad Mahmoud — 2,352
  • Sheila Mary Brogan — 3,003
  • Hyunju Kawak — 2,414

  • Kaufman — 547
  • Mahmoud — 609
  • Brogan — 873
  • Kwak — 688

Sheila Brogan, Cristopher Kaufman, and Hyunju Kwak are all current members running for election, while Muhammad Mahmoud and Susan Madison will challenge them.
