Ridgewood Girls' Lacrosse Nationally Ranked For The First Time This Season

The team is also ranked No. 6 on the magazine's mid-atlantic poll.

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — The Maroons girls' lacrosse team was added to a national top 25 poll this week.

The team is now No. 15 in the country on the Nike/Lacrosse Magazine Top 25 poll. The team wasn't even on the poll last week.

The team was also ranked No. 6 on the magazine's Top 10 Mid-Atlantic poll. The team defeated Moorestown 12-8 last week. Lillie Kloak scored four goals and Alex Absey had three, the magazine said. The Maroons also beat Oak Knoll 17-10.

The team lost a close game to rival Summit 9-8 April 20. The team's other loss was to Wantagh.
