
Ridgewood High School is getting a drone that students can use for film activities.
The Board of Education accepted the drone, a quadcopter, last month from the Ridgewood Home and School Association, NorthJersey.com reported.
Superintendent Daniel Fishbein told the website that the drone will only be used with adult supervision.

The drone has a retail price of $700. it weighs about two pounds and can fly for up to 25 minutes at a time.
Two students, Spencer Muhlstock and Slater Neborsky, created a 46-second video of the high school using a drone last year. Watch that video below:
