Ridgewood Mothers Of Fallen Soldiers To Be Honored

The mothers of soldiers and personnel who died while serving the United States military will be honored at a special luminary ceremony later this month.

American Legion Post 53 and the Ridgewood chapter of Blue Star Families will hold a special ceremony at Memorial Park at Van Neste Square Sept. 27 at 7 p.m.

Luminaries, small bags with candles placed inside, will be lit to commemorate the sacrifices the mothers and families have made for the United States.
