Ridgewood Symphony to Perform Under New Music Director

The RSO's first subscription concert of the season will take place at West Side Church on Nov. 21.

Diane Wittry, the newly appointed Artistic Director of the Ridgewood Symphony, will conduct the first subscription concert of the Orchestra’s 75th season. The concert will take place at West Side Presbyterian Church, located at 6 South Monroe Street in Ridgewood on Nov. 21 at 8 p.m.

The program will include Overture to “Candide” by Leonard Bernstein, Konzertstück for two Clarinets by Felix Mendelssohn, “Scaramouche” by Darius Milhaud, and Symphony No. 5 by Ludwig van Beethoven.

Advance single tickets cost $25 for adults, $20 for seniors, and $10 for students; at the door ticket prices are $28, $23, and $13 respectively. (Subscriptions for the entire three-concert 2014-2015 season cost $65, $55, and $30.)
