Ridgewood YMCA Announces Staff Changes
Michelle Burke hired as new Senior Program Director and Jennifer Batelli appointed as new Director of Development and Administration
The Ridgewood YMCA announced today the appointment of Michelle Burke to the position of Senior Program Director and Jennifer Batelli to the position of Director of Development and Administration.
Michelle Burke was previously the Summer Camp Coordinator at YMCA Camp Bernie, and has over 7 years of experience in youth sports and camp program development. In her new role, Michelle will develop, implement, and oversee operating plans to promote program and membership growth for the Ridgewood YMCA.
Michelle Burke says, “I’m excited to be joining the team here at the Ridgewood Y and look forward to providing our members with an enriching experience through the programs we provide.”

Jennifer Batelli, who has been with the Ridgewood YMCA for 13 years, most recently in the position of Assistant to the CEO, will now oversee all fundraising initiatives, while continuing to work closely with the organization’s new CEO, Ernest Lamour, on administrative issues.
“I’ve been very fortunate to work for an organization that provides such wonderful programs that I’m so passionate about,” says Jennifer Batelli. “I’m now so excited for the opportunity to serve the Y in this new capacity, while continuing to help offer these much needed programs for our members and community.”
