BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — The National Weather Service doesn't often say that river flooding is "likely" in North Jersey, and the last time they did, it ended up looking like this:

With weather models predicting heavy rain and wind from late Tuesday night into Wednesday, the NWS has issued a new map saying river flooding is "likely" again, including in western and central Bergen County.

Three inches of rain may fall Tuesday night, with another half inch the next day, the NWS predicts.
