Bergen County School Bus Aide Wasn't Protected From Student Attack, Sues District: Reports
A school bus aide is suing a Bergen County district saying they didn't protect her from an attack by a 6-foot-6 student, reports say.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A school bus aide is suing the Board of Education in Cliffside Park, saying that a "student with a history of violence" assaulted her and that the district didn't protect her, according to published reports.
The 48-year-old aide, who lives in Hudson County, filed the suit in Superior Court on April 16, according to a story in NJ.com.
The student was 6-foot-6, the story says, and according to the lawsuit, “Defendants knew about prior assaults on the bus, knew about the prior violent propensities and/or acts of the assailant" but didn't protect the teacher.
